The best bars I have ever found., 2004-06-28
When I started getting in shape, I decided to give protein bars a try. With great determination to be open minded, I headed to the health food store and bought an assortment. Of all I tried, the only ones that I really liked were the EAS. Not only are they the best tasting but with 25 to 29 grams of protein per bar, and low fat, and low carbs, they're the best for you! Most others have more carbs, more fat, and from 10 to 15 grams of protein.
When I struggle with my diet and want to reach for something sweet, I eat one of the many great chocolate based flavors. They're better than most candy bars! I eat two or three every day as part of a 6 to 8 meal per day regime and have eaten that many every day for well over a year...And lost 55 lbs in the process and gained a lot of muscle.
I don't know why anyone would buy any other brand! And no... I don't work for EAS.
